Lisa Evans

I’m Lisa Evans and am happy to be part of the CARICOM Expo Milano Team. As a National of Saint Lucia, I work with the delegation to showcase the foods and food products of our Islands.

I definitely am an Expo Optimist because from a child food, its preparation and origin has always been something intriguing to me. Expo 2015 has retriggered this passion by providing in one location, the opportunity to expand my knowledge of food traditions from nations around the world.
